A state-of-the-art restaurant, tasting rooms for sampling some of JWN’s finest rums and enhanced showcasing rooms, will spice up the taste and décor of the Joy Spence Appleton Estate Rum Experience (JSAERE).
A whopping US$7.2 million, almost one billion JA dollars, was pumped into a major upgrade of the renamed Appleton Estate Rum Tour that will escalate the property and visitor numbers four-scale, the latter from 50,000 to 200,000.
The Gruppo Campari investment that was further unveiled during the Hard Hat Tour last year, will give liquor connoisseurs a fulsome

“We will have a new state-of-the-art restaurant, which will feature local cuisine with local ingredients prepared by home-grown talent,” said company Chairman, Clement ‘Jimmy’ Lawrence, during the tour. He continued, “We have also hired a chef who will prepare local favourites with a twist and pair our premium rums with the premium produce of St. Bess. This will represent the best of St. Bess.”
The experience within the expanded and modernized tasting rooms will be enhanced with wall-mounted
