the morning? Gina awwwwwww, there it is! Morning! There’s nothing like
the first sip.
With a giant cup of Then, what about the rest of your day? Do you go on
full caffeinated with intention and live your life? I mean truly live it to
INTENTIONALITY its fullest? Or do you live it numb, status quo and medi-
ocrity is fine by you?
What if you lived your life daily with intention? What
do you think could happen? Well that’s exactly what I
do now.
I’ve learned that being clear on what you want is the way
to live, and being intentional is key. I wanted to share
this with my Women’s Group, Intentionally Creating
Your Best You. As a group we were reading, Intentional
Living by, John C. Maxwell. I love to incorporate hands
on learning and wondered how can we do that? Ahhhh-
hh, remember, the first sip? I love my coffee!
How about we set out to be intentional about our day

brains throughout the day. The ladies loved it, I gave
them all mugs with a dry erase marker. We now write
our intention on our mug before going to bed so that
rituals help we not only wake up to it but go to bed with it on our
mind.

being fun, positive, happy now, giving, and even some
days a little bad ass!

ened my day and put a grin on my face knowing
that I was intentional.
Change is hard, and
breaking routines is even I strive to spread the love of living intention-
ally, it helps us from the inside out. It shows
