Graf Zeppelin was an aircraft carrier
that was laid down 28.12.1936 in Kiel,
launched 8.12.1938 and it sunk
16.8.1947 in the Baltic sea. The ship
was 262.5m long and had a beam of
36.2m.The ship traveled at 35 knots
(64,82 km/h). The ship’s flight deck
was 242m x 30m or 7260m². The ship
was designed to carry 12 Bf 109
fighters and 30 Ju 87 dive bombers.
