        Board  and  the  AICPA  International  Strategies  Committee,  and
        member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of

        the  Inter-American  Accounting  Association.  He  also  served  as
        advisor to the editor of the Journal of Accountancy.

        Ivan  Sotomayor  has  also  worked  as  consultant  and  advisor  to
        the World Bank and completed several accounting and auditing
        projects  in  Mexico,  Colombia,  Egypt,  Nepal  and  Tanzania.  He
        also  performed  PAO  capacity-building  and  implementation  of

        ROSC  recommendations  in  Egypt,  Lebanon,  Jordan,  Tanzania,
        Gambia, Botswana, Thailand and Philippines.

        Mr.  Sotomayor  has  been  a  presenter  in  several  accounting,
        auditing  and  international  taxation  conferences  around  the
        world, including in May of 2014 in Sri Lanka regional conference
        sponsored by the World Bank, IFAC, CAPA and the Institute of

        Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
        Mr. Sotomayor is also the author of several articles and publica-

        tions in the topics of accounting, auditing and taxation such as:
        “Strategic  Tax  Planning  for  Global  Commerce  &  Investment”
        presented  to  the  Chamber  of  Commerce  of  Ecuador,  “Quality
        Control  Inspection  Manual  for  Audit  Firms”  published  by  the
