Timing of Procedures
The compliance Audit Engagement will
be conducted in accordance with the
AICPA Standards for auditing and the
California Public Utilities Commission
Affiliate Transaction Rules in effect.
The audit period covered by this audit is
January 1, 2017 through 12/31/2018.
The field work consists of interviews,
research, data analysis, observations and
sample testing conducted at relevant
sites and personnel.
