APPROXIMATELY 1 PM.
CEREMONY TO BEGIN
AT 2 PM.
Bring your un-serviceable flags to retire at the ceremony
The American Legion Caroline Post 29 will retire all flags that are un-serviceable
(in our possession) with the dignity they deserve.
1976 Flag Code gives the U.S. Flag the right to exist and expire with dignity
This is a solemn ceremony and we encourage
the community and youth attendance.
