In between each challenge are team building games and
exercises such as tug of war, puzzle solving, and saving an egg
while doing a free fall.
“In these activities, we are taught how not to conspire against each
other and bring other people or the team down,” Shun said.
“The purpose of these games is to show you that we need our
colleagues in achieving shared objectives and the importance of
having an outward mindset, that you see others as part of your
team in accomplishing a common goal,” she added.
