A Healthy Portion of Tahong Chips

Bacoor Cavite is known for two culinary specialties — the Digman
Halo Halo and Tahong. Tahong chips has gained popularity among
the balikbayans and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW), it is an ideal
pasalubong or food gift to relatives or friends abroad.

I’ve been hearing about this tahong chips but never paid it much at-
tention. Until the time, that I got a taste of it. I might say it’s perfect! It
is very tasty, except for the smell that reminds us so much of the sea.

Each packaging has its own vinegar contained inside. It is ready to eat
and munch like Chicharon. But before you take another bite, read the
nutritional facts at the back of each packaging.
