Introduction:
TECHNICAL TRAINING & RESEARCH CENTRE (TTRC) was established by
LOHIA CORP LTD at Kanpur, India in 2012 as an independent division of the group,
with objectives blended with CSR commitment to impart skills to unemployed youth
for employment generation as well as to support the growing raffia industries by
providing skilled & trained manpower. Since its operation in 2012, TTRC has been
engaged in its mission of imparting training to produce Operators, Supervisors for
Loom, Tape plant, BCS, Valvomatic for the raffia industries. TTRC is also a recognized
Vocational Training Provider (VTP) under SDI scheme of DGET, Govt of India.
TTRC offers:
• Hands on practical training for developing skilled manpower for absorption
into the industry as loom and tapeline / winder operators
• Technical and skill up gradation training for existing Operators, Supervisors
and Managers of the industry
• Customized, Technical and Business programs, for senior engineers and
executives of the industry.
• Entrepreneurial training for new project promoters.
• Technical & Lab services for developmental activities related to Plastics
woven fabric
• Research in areas of polymer process optimization, application development
with special reference to cast film extrusion & secondary processes required
for Woven sacks/fabric manufacturing.
Unique Sales Proposition (USP):
The first Technical Training & support Centre for Raffia Industry in India,
with a systematic approach to create pool of trained & knowledge based
manpower for Raffia Industries :
(A) Skill -Development Training Courses (Residential) : in months of
December, March, June, and September - Forms can be filled & submitted
through www.lohiagroup.com\training-research or Prescribed Form can be
collected from TTRC campus, Chaubepur, Kanpur, India.
(B) Custom made short duration training programme ( Duration: 01 week - 06
week)
(c) Technical /Developmental services: Testing Lab services, Trial and product
