ABOUT BEESWAX
Beeswax is a product made from the honeycomb of the honeybee and other bees. It is
a complex mixture composed of more than 300 different ingredients. There are proofs that
humans used beeswax 8.500 years ago.
Beeswax features:
As a medicine, beeswax is used for lowering cholesterol and for relieving pain. It is also used
for its anti-inflammatory effect, antibiotic effect, diarrhea and hiccups.
The beeswax has ability to receive a large amount of heat. Once heated and placed on an
inflamed spot, it improves blood circulation in the treated area, provides better nutrition for
the damaged tissue and absorbs toxic elements.
In manufacturing, the beeswax is used as a thickener, emulsifier, and as a stiffening
agent in cosmetics. It softens the skin, which becomes smooth and removes
wrinkles. The beeswax is also used as a fragrance in soaps and perfumes.
In foods and beverages beeswax is used as a stiffening agent.
There are so many positive effects of beeswax and that is why we believe it is the best for
our children!!
