Delivery: Our trucks must operate on a fully loaded basis. We will make every effort to see that your order
gets to you on time. We also have the capacity of shipping via a brokered truck or LTL carriers (Less Than
truck Load). In order to make delivery costs more equitable and simple to work with, we have established an

LTLU (Less Than truck Load Unit) measure to every item in a nursery container. Please use the freight chart to
determine delivery costs. There will be an additional $25.00 charge for every drop after the initial delivery
Job site delivery can be arranged, provided someone can properly receive the order. All deliveries are tail-
gate. It is expected that all customers supply help in unloading the truck. Drivers are instructed to work on
the truck only, assisting and supervising the proper handling of stock as it is removed from the truck.
