****General Information****

Maximum Freight - Our freight rates have been modified and we have added a new feature to
our rate structure –a MAXIMUM rate. You will notice the “Maximum” rate in our Freight Rate
Table. This is the most that will be charged for a delivery to a zone. Once an order reaches the

maximum rate, additional items on the same truck, to the same location will be free of freight.

See Freight Rate Table and Delivery specifications on inside back cover of this price list.
Job Site Delivery - Save time, labor and money by having your plants delivered to your job site.
Often this can be done with 24 hours notice.

Customer Pick Up - We are also making changes in our customer pickup policies to
accommodate pick up at the nursery. We have eliminated the 24 hour policy and now welcome

        same day pick ups.
Ordering - Orders are subject to availability of stock on hand at the time of delivery and other

considerations beyond our control. All plants grown in 4” pots or smaller are sold in flat
        quantities only.

Prices - All prices are FOB Tawakoni Plant Farm and are subject to change without notice.
Preliminary Lien Notice - For the benefit of the landscape contractor and TPF we request

information as to developer (owner), general contractor, and lender on all job sites where we
deliver on credit. A material release will be issued on request upon payment of account. Your

        cooperation is appreciated.
Claims - Claims are to be noted on delivery ticket at time of delivery. If an error has occurred,

please notify us within 48 hours. Damaged goods must be returned to TPF before replacement or
credit is issued. There is no warranty, expressed or implied, as to variety or productivity of the

nursery stock we sell. Liability, in all instances, is limited to the purchase price at the time.
Contract Grow - At Tawakoni Plant Farm we will be happy to grow material that you need for

your project according to contract specifications. A contract growing agreement is generally used
for projects that will be shipped in the longer term (3-24 months). This agreement is also used for

        the following reasons:
          Non-standard containers

Species that do not fall within our normal production list

Projects that require site-specific collection of material

Quantities of material that exceed the general market demand for a particular species
Material that requires a full production cycle to produce

To ensure that we can meet your schedules, please contact us well before your planting dates.

Contract growing are generally lower than our catalog prices. Use us to win more bids!
