Fisherman’s Knot
Sailors prefer the simplicity of the fisherman’s knot for reef points that are small
in diameter, especially if it is a final bend knot.
Here, two half knots are pulled against each other, which prevents any
sliding.
1 - Once this first knot is created, it must be flipped over to verify that the whole structure is truly
symmetrical.
