On February 19th, 6 of our CARP brothers and sisters received scholarship
awards after Sunday Service from our senior pastor and True Parents repre-
sentaive, Rev. Ken Doo. CARP members smiles showed deep gratitude and
happiness. As Rev. Doo offered award to them, he expressed his gratitude for
their hard work and True Parents’ hope and expectation for them to be future
leaders in their spirit. The whole church was filled with a warm spirit as if
everyone shared the same honor as one big family.
On February 24th, we had the opportunity to do some
work on the 'Love Building' staircase. We cleaned-up CH,
scraped the old paint, and replaced the rotten ply-
wood. The next step will be putting the ceramic tile on the
staircase and repainting the stairs. As you know, these
stairs are used for all the activities during the week and by
Sunday school. So, to all of you who have volunteered your
time and your efforts, I say a loud and resounding THANK
YOU !!!
