Building 145 at ANU has several feature walls and bulkheads painted in a variety of colours to the ceilings. Glendenning Painting undertook all preparations and painted the internal plasterboard walls, ceilings bulkheads and balustrades in a professional manner.

This project included the painting of internal plasterboard walls, ceilings, doors, frames and trim using only quality products. External work consisted of several different substrates including FC sheeting, fencing, render, timber panels, decking, and steelwork.

This multi-unit residential project included render repairs and a complete external repaint, delivered efficiently and on-time. Besselink undertook all work to superior standards. Making this residential project a real feature in the area with great street appeal.

Besselink used a crane to lift a 60 foot Nifty EWP into the rear courtyards, as well as a scissor lift in the main courtyard to complete this residential repaint project. This access solution was much more
cost effective compared to using a fixed scaffold.

When completing this repaint project, the rear podium required a fixed scaffold for access. This was due to the light weight flooring system featured throughout the building. Despite the difficult access conditions, Besselink delivered an outstanding finish.
