Minnesota Barbecue Society’s BBQ Spring Training is in full effect on April 2nd, 2022!
You won’t want to miss this full day event with keynote speaker and famed bbq chef Jess Pryles of Hardcore Carnivore.

• Several speakers from the BBQ industry presenting on meats and equipment •Competition BBQ – consisting of Competition Teams and Judges
