Action At SCA World
Steak Championship
Bama-Q cameras were rolling as cooks from all over the world faced off against each other the SCA World Steak Championship in Fort Worth, Texas. Around 500 teams competed in ancillaries and steak over three days in chal- lenging, roller coaster temperatures. Bama-Q crews roamed the site filming cooks as they put together some of the most creative side dishes we’ve seen. All of this also in- cluded grilling up some of the tastiest steaks we’ve ever sampled.
