March 19th many will gather to cook their best steaks as well as best hamburger and salmon, which is also included in the reg- istration fee. Ancillary Points Chase
Last month we mentioned all the changes coming to the ancillary cooks, including a chase for a World Championship. Many golden tickets have been given out and our Top 10 is in. Will Collier and Lori Davis are right behind Tona Pendray, the 2020 Ancillary champ, as she leads the way of a great list of competitors. The fourth-place tie includes cooks, Cody Young, Joshua Rush, Justin West, Brian Ducharme and Cody Robinson. Fifth place also has a four-way tie with Marcio Borguezan, Renee Rodriguez, Jimmy En- glehart and Kyle Matuszewski keeping everything super close. If this is any indication of what the year will be like in the ancillary chase, then we are in for a great show.
ACE Hardware Points Chase
We are just getting started with the points and in our first month we have quite the race on our hands. Only 15 points separate first place Jana Mays from 10th place Karen Wright. In between we have Chad Barragan with William Whitfield and Will Collier hot on Chad’s heels with Bobby Griffin and Sandy Brown (2020 Points Champion) close behind. However, at this point, everyone is with- ing striking distance. However, Mark Johnson and Ryan Brown are hungry to advance. The ACE Hardware points chase has never dis- appointed on the excited through the year and this year, 2021, is proving to be just as much fun to watch.
