Greetings fellow BBQ enthusiasts,
The board & I have been working diligently on lots of new & exciting additions for all you members. Just a couple, beginning in March we will be adding a Steak ToY points race as well as offering a couple of virtual Spring classes via Zoom so be on the look out for website and Facebook updates regarding these. As of today the American BBQ Cook-Off Steak Dou- ble Competition in Simi Valley & the Pit Stop Steak Competition in St. George, UT are still happening so perhaps this will kick us off to many more BBQ events for the year. It is with enormous heartache that I mention the passing of our close BBQ family member Raul Cuel- lar, Pitmaster for Jack 9 BBQ. Raul was one of the friendliest & giving guys on the circuit and he will be truly missed. Please keep Raul & his family in your prayers. That’s all for now so keep them fires lit and that smoke thin....
