Bring’n Home the Bacon
honors in two different groups. The Grillmasters age group ranged from 7 to 10 year olds that had the pleasure of sizzling up some links in the Bratwurst challenge and was won by Dylan Dwyer. The older kiddos that were ages 11 to 16 dueled it out in the Pit- masters group with a Pork Tenderloin throw down that was won by Sutton Ruetter. Neshonoc Lakeside Camp Resort in West Salem, WI on June 11, 2021. In addition to the double header Master’s Series and double header Backyard Series BBQ competitions, there was also an “Anything Bacon” contest and of course, a Kids Q. Families had fun with their kids swimming, play- ing on the beach, and fishing in Lake Nechonoc. This con- test had something for everyone!
