Ayo Ajayi is a dynamic and passionate individual that loves to initiate positive change

wherever he finds himself. As a servant leader, he was privileged to serve his fellowship,
NIFES (Nigeria Fellowship of Evangelical Students) in
different leadership capacities at Adekunle Ajasin
University, in which he eventually attained the position
of a Zonal President, overseeing six different campuses
in two states. In his final year as a Physics and
Electronics student, he became the department’s
fellowship president affecting the lives of his

departmental students positively.

As a graduate of Physics and Electronics and a member
of PMI (Project Management Institute), he also served
as a project manager in different organizations. He
served as one of the Project Managers in Tophermarines Nig Ltd, and was later posted
to Sri Lanka as a manager due to its leadership prowess and the grace of God upon him.
He played a strategic role in the establishment of his company’ branch in Sri Lanka as

the company’s Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O).

He returned to Nigeria in 2014 to follow his passion in music and audio engineering. He
worked with the Graig Phillips College of Technology as the HOD of music/music
production. He was involved in different cinematographic production projects
undertaken by the institution.

He resigned from paid employment in 2016 to begin his own business as a registered

limited liability company (Ryk Messiah Ltd) with a major focus in business consulting.
The company has been growing since then by the grace of God. Ryk Messiah Ltd, as one
of its strategic objectives has been exploring the global market through the mechanism
of digitalization to increase its profitability. The company aims at diversifying as its short
term goals into the construction and real estate industry.

Ayo Ajayi is a committed minister in the Redeemed Christian Church God. He is
presently in charge of the Directorate of Christian Workers in his Area, Chosen Vessel
Area 024, LP 35. He is a prolific and anointed teacher of the word of God. He is happily

married to Funmi Ajayi and they are blessed with two wonderful children, Toluwani
Ajayi and Temiloluwa Ajayi.
