Article XV

Election Term of Office of the Officers

Section 1.The election of the three mandated organizations (CSSG, FVLP, Sports) shall be annually
done every second week of the fifth month of the second semester.

Section 2.Campaign period shall not be more than five (5) school days prior to be campus election.

Section 3.All candidates for election must fill in and submit a candidacy form to the adviser.

Section 4.The last day of filing of candidacy of aspirants for any position shall be seven (7) days before
election.

Section 5.The DSSD shall screen the candidates in accordance with the provision of Article VIII,
section. The Campus Registrar will certify the candidates' grades.

Section 6.The officers of the CSSG shall hold office for one (1) year or until such time the new set
of officers are elected.

Article XVI

Impeachment, Registration and Vacancies

Section 1.The officers of the CSSG may be impeached on the following grounds:

a. Culpable violations of the Constitution and By-Laws.
b. Gross misconduct, violence to person in authority, negligence, and disloyalty to the cause of
the CSSG and in the school.
c. Non-attendance in regular meetings for six (6) consecutive times.
d. Abuse or misuse of power and authority.

Section 2.Two-third (2/3) vote of the General Assembly shall be necessary to decide after hearing a
case of impeachment.
