Sec. 3- Every student not in proper, prescribed or complete uniform shall be fined an
               amount of Php 15.00 if he/she is accepted to attend his/her classes except if he/she
               has  valid  reasons.  In  cases  of  co-curricular  or  extra-curricular  activities,  a  student
               may  wear  prescribe  attire,  provided;  such  attire  was  designated  or  informed  by  the
               proper authorities prior to the activity.
               Sec. 4- Every student must properly wear their complete uniform before entering the
               school compound.
               Sec.  5-  Every  student  must  obliged  to  attend  any  criminology  program  academic  or
               extra-curricular  activities  and  activities  of  the  CRIMSOC  and  the  university  wherein
               the  program  is  involved.  Failure  to  attend  may  be  fined  Php15.00  or  may  be  dealt
               accordingly.
               Sec.  6-  Any  student  who  shall  destroy  ant  school  properties  shall  be  sentenced  in
               accordance with the school policies.
               Sec. 7- Every student shall be issued a Program Clearance a week before the  exam.
               Any  student  who  will  lose  his/her  clearance  shall  pay  Php5.00  for  the  issuance  of
               another.
               Sec. 8- Student’s who is in possesion of any ingredients of “MOMA” Chewing/spitting
               of beetle nut or “moma” inside the criminology building shall pay Php500.00 pesos.
               Sec. 9- Student’s who is inflagrante delicto of texting/failed to put off their cell phones
               during class hours shall pay a fine of Php15.00 pesos.
               Sec. 10- Student’s who is inflagrante delicto of spitting through the window even w/o
               “MOMA” shall be fine an amount of Php15.00.
               Sec. 11- Student’s who eat and litter during class hours shall be fine an amount of
               Php15.00.
               Sec. 12- Every student must show discipline at all times inside or outside university.

                                     ART. XXII- CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
               Sec. 1- Every classroom must elect their respective classroom officers.
               Sec. 2- Wearing of complete uniform is strictly observe inside the classroom.
               Sec. 3- Chairs are properly arranged before and after class.
               Sec. 4- Cleanliness of black board or white board after the class is observed in respect
               to the next teacher to use such classroom.
               Sec.  5-  To  maintain  clean  and  green  inside  the  classroom,  classroom  officers  must
               create a classroom daily cleaners noted by the classroom adviser.
               Sec.  6-  Students  must  ask  permission  or  observed  courtesy  when  entering  or  going
               out of the classroom during classes.
               Sec. 7- Every classroom must have a seat plan made by the respective teachers.
               Sec. 8- Chewing and spitting of “MOMA” is strictly prohibited inside the classroom.
               Sec. 9- Texting/failed to put off their cellphones during class hours shall be punished
               accordingly by the teachers respectively.
               Sec. 10- Spitting through the window even w/o “MOMA” is not allowed.
               Sec. 11- Littering inside the classroom is strictly not allowed.
               Sec.  12-  Every  student  must  show  discipline  at  all  times  inside  or  outside  the
               university.

                                   ART. XXIII- AMENDMENTS AND REVISIONS

               Sec. 1- Any provision of this constitution and by-laws may be amended or revised.
               Sec.  2-  Amendment  and  revision  of  provision  shall  be  done  by  the  officers  with  the
               majority vote of the students during general assembly called for this purpose.
               Sec. 3- New provisions shall take effect upon its ratification of the students.

                                        ART. XXIV- SEPARABILITY CLAUSE

                       If  any  provision  of  this  constitution  and  by-laws  or  the  application  of  such
               provision  to  any  student  or  circumstances  is  declared  invalid,  the  remainder  of  the
               constitution  and  by-laws  or  the  application  of  such  provision  to  other  person  or
               circumstances shall not be affected by such declaration.

                                               ART. XXV- EFFECTIVITY
