1. SYSTEM-INPUTS AND PROCESSES
Present the Institution’s Aproved Extension Agenda
The university in consonance with its mandate to perform its priority functions in
instruction, research, extension, training, planning and resource generation, shall provide
policy directions in the management, administration and support systems in the planning
and implementation of research, extension and training programs for the furtherance of
its vision, mission, goals and objectives.
EXTENSION AGENDA THEMES
Human Development towards poverty reduction and sustainable development
- To enhance knowledge and skills, attitudes and values of target communities
to lead productive lives.
Natural Resource Conservation and Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation
- To promote sustainable natural resource conservation and utilization in
partnership with international, national and local government units.
- To promote climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies and measures
in partnership with local government units (LGU’s) and their respective
communities.
EXTENSION AGENDA ELEMENTS
HAGGIYO Ifugao- Haggiyo is an Ifugao dialect which means “go forward Ifugao”.
That means to fight poverty and attain progress and sustainable development, group
effort through participation, hard work and unity is needed to achieve it. The following are
the elements of the agenda theme “HAGGIYO”
