TYPHOON ULYSSES
The typhoon Ulysses has left colossal damage and
absolute devastation to our country. Thru the IFSU Bad-
dangan Program, the University launched the Outreach
for United and Responsive Service (OURS) to extend as-
sistance to those who are most affected by the calamity.
IFSU employees, students, alumni and the community
all participated in the donation drive for the typhoon-
stricken communities. The Campus distributed 20 packs
of clothes, 16 boxes of bottled water, and 216 packs of
groceries to Mayayao, Banaue and Tugegarao City.
On top of this, the College of Computing Sciences
collaborated with the Institute of Computer Engineers of
the Philippines (ICpEP) CAR Chapter and the Office of
the Representative of the 4th District of Isabela for a do-
nation drive. The said activity was headed by 2021
ICpEP-CAR President Engr. Marvin D. Mayormente
who is also a faculty member of the campus. Food packs,
clothing, and relief assistance were distributed to the
different barangays and areas affected by the typhoon in
Isabela and Cagayan.
