 Guidelines on Paper Presentation; Journal Publication Outstanding Research
related to performance and patented outputs

Employees whose papers/articles are presented in scientific for a, meetings and conferences
are entitled to cash incentives based on the following categories provided substantial proof
of presentation are presented (e.g conference abstract, certificates/plaques of
recognition/appreciation, pictures, etc.)
