             Combine yeast, warm water, and 1 teaspoon sugar.Let it rest for a while.


            Add flour into a mixing bowl.




            In another bowl, mix  sugar and warm mlk



            Add all the mixture in the flour bowl.




            After mixing them well, let it cool for 3 hours.


                                                          Then, Knead the dough well.



                                                          Make a rectangle dough.



                                                          After that cut it to shape it like a croissant.




            Put them n a tray. Let it cool in the



            refrigerator for 2 hours.




            Finally spread egg yolk on the croissants.



            Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.




            Bake them for 35 minutes.




            They are ready and delicious!
