Dear Board of Directors,

JWC is pleased to present the following Proposal for the April Sound Community. Per previous
discussion, service fee includes 4.5% overhead, 5.5% profit, and 2.57% insurance.

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES:

Cement Stabilize the existing web subgrade totaling 8,154 sq ft
1. Pull the existing ABC approximately 4 inches, off the area and stock pile on site.
2. Add 4% cement, spread and mix with water to a depth of 12 inches.
3. Grade the treated area & compact.
4. Place back the stock piled ABC and compact.
NOTE: Includes (1) Mobilization.
COST $16,523.00 + Service Fee $2,076.95 = $18,599.95
