Warranty Summary

JWC guarantees the contracted work will be furnished, installed, and performed in accordance with the contract
documents. We agree to repair or replace any and all of our work if it is determined to be defective within the periods
identified on the warranty summary from the date of substantial completion of the Villas at Savona HOA project.
Any work performed under this guarantee shall be accomplished without any expense to the owner excepting in cases
of owner/tenant abuse, neglect, or failure to comply with any recommended maintenance procedures.
