After all the candles have been lighted, the Presider will say:
Presider:
The light we bear is a symbol of Christ, the Light of the World. We
received this light when we were baptized. We vowed to spread this
light when we were confirmed. We fulfill this vow when we faithfully
respond to our sacred calling as true Isidorians.
My dear children, as you are about to end now a chapter in your life
here at San Isidro Catholic School, you are challenged TO SPREAD THE
LIGHT!!!
As one community, let us now, with pride and jubilation, renew our
commitment to spread the light of Christ as we sing Tell the World of
His Love
TELL THE WORLD OF HIS LOVE
BLESSING OVER THE PEOPLE
Presider The Lord be with you.
R: and with your spirit!
Presider: And may the blessing of almighty God,
the Father, and the Son,
and the Holy Spirit, come down on you
and remain with you for ever.
R: Amen.
Presider: The Mass has been offered,
Go in peace to love and serve the Lord.
R: Thanks be to God!
