Fashion Options trading as Carrimar demonstrates true entrepreneurial spirit!
The Thompson Family embodied a spirit of making it happen in the NOW. The ideology they created was to grab hold of every opportunity, facilitate every deal,
create every product and make sure you look unicorn while you do it. The family fostered tiaras and laughter to fill its halls, encouraging employees to break the
mould, improve on yesterday and make today stand out as it’s extraordinary.
This philosophy combined with the uncanny work ethic has permeated the very essence of the business creating a contingent management approach that carries
the “In the Moment” vision to the next level. We embrace making it easier, faster, better, and more WOW. One of the moments that defined this company recently
was when an employee came into a director’s office and instead of the normal complaint of not having time to complete a task someone might find in another
company; this employee came with the below approach.
