ASSEMBLY TABLE FOR GLAZING AND TESTING
It is an assembly table for coupling sash/frame .
Structure of the table with welded bars, and large working surface in scratch proof material. Roller conveyor
to transfer the frames. Retractable sliding and centering side clamping bars. Handling by pneumatic
cylinders. Left side openable for the unloading of the window.
The assembly table BV3000 is used clamping the frame in the correct position to perform the following
operations:

• Installation of hinges
• Installation of stopper
• Assembly of the sash with the frame and relative adjustments
• Installation of the glass with silicone
• It facilitates the unloading of the finished frame to the transport trolley
