Instrument for measuring the breaking load for Welded corners in PVC
CHARACTERISTICS
DigiCT is a tool for measuring the breaking load for the welded corners of PVC frames
It is made of a robust oven-painted sheet metal box, the test area is protected by a screen that prevents
possible projections of materials.
The angle to be tested is locked in place and the load is applied via an oleo / pneumatic cylinder, a load cell
and a digital control unit measure the applied force by recording the maximum peak.
DigiCT allows to perform measurements according to EN514 and has been verified and approved by the
Italian Institute of Plastics (IIP)
