                        Kulwant Singh Cheema, son of late Bakhtawar  Singh Cheema,  resident of

                        Mahatma Gandhi Avenue, lmphal West District, Manipur  has/have an

                        absolute, clear and Marketable  title over the Schedule property/(ies)  I
                        further certify that the above title deeds are genuine and a valid

                        mortgage  can be created and the said Mortgage  would  be enforceable.


                        9.     ln case of creation of Mortgage by Deposit of title deeds, we certify that

                        by keeping  the deposited of following title deeds/documents  would continue

                        create to the valid and enforceable  mortgage:
