the relevant land records as pattadar
vide order dated 22-3-"1999 passed in
Mut. Case No. 337/5DC/IW(P) of
1999 by cancelling the name of
Taorem Sangai Singh.
It is pertinent to mention that the land
is formerly recorded as phourel class
(agricultural land) and vide Order
dated 5-8-2013 passed in revenue
Misc. Case No. 7S/SDO/|W(P) 2013
passed by the Sub-Divisional Office,
Patsoi, lmphal West District the
pattaland is converted into homestead
land. The party has not produced
orders of conversion of the patta land
from Agricultural land to Homestead
land issued by the competent
authority.
It is fear and clear that the pattaland is
at present recorded as homestead
land maintained by the Revenue
Department.
