Private Limited has been changed in

the land record as MGT Motors Pvt.
Ltd vide Order dated 7-10-2000

passed in Mut. Case no.
464/5DC/IW(P) of 2000.

I am to state that the Order of Mut.
Case No. 464/SDC/|W(P) of 2000

could not be examined since the

records are untraceable and in this
regards a certifi cate daled 24-12-2016
issued the SDC lW (Patsoi) is

enclosed for reference.

Thus, MGT Motors Private Limited
had got a clear transferrable right and

marketable title over this patta land.
