IGM Resins Appoints New CEO

OF EVENTS IGM Resins has appointed Wilfrid Gambade as CEO, effective January 1. Gambade, based
in IGM’s headquarters in Waalwijk, the Netherlands, succeeds Edward Frindt as CEO.
Frindt joined the company in 2012 and will retire from IGM at the end of Q1.
