or destroying the information or data. Thomas Franks has adopted the appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the unauthorised or unlawful processing or disclosure of data.
Any employee may make a request to see a copy of the information about themselves on their personnel records. Any such requests will be complied with within 20 working days. If any information is found to be inaccurate then a request to have it corrected can be made.
No unauthorised employee of Thomas Franks will be allowed access to other people’s records or data, except for the principal uses stated above and where obliged to do so by a legal body or the courts. All employees will be requested to sign a consent form giving consent to the company to process data relating
