In the field and office training guide
The focus of Day 1-2 is to get you comfortable talking with customers in the stores. Your trainer, on your first day will be responsible for closing all potential clients.
Day 3 is to solidify product knowledge and closing the deal.
The binder covers product knowledge that should be mastered each day at the office or before starting your shift.
