Compliance
▪ No lying to customers.
▪ No lying about being in the store.
▪ Always clock-in & out including: Picture with Badge, DTV Shirt, Time, and Date.
Also include Store # and managers name. (Example: Clock out store #478
Manager Rodney).
▪ Must be dressed professional with shirts tucked in, belt, acceptable shoes and
hair done. If accommodation is needed let management know.
▪ No sitting on chairs in the warehouse, this includes demo displays.
▪ Never take lunch in Costco’s breakrooms.
▪ No personal relations with Costco Employees or in the office.
▪ No getting food samples while working in Costco warehouse.
▪ No talking with other vendors. Including Wireless Advocates, THIS IS A BIG NO!
▪ No chatting among other Costco reps (3-5 mins)
▪ NO BEING LATE!! We must show up 30 mins prior to our shifts.
▪ No leaving before the end of your shift.
▪ TVs must always remain on channel 205 HD Sports Mix /4K (104-106) or major
events (Super Bowl, World Series, NBA, etc.)
▪ Always let Costco management know when taking lunch/break *Include in
clock in/out picture.
▪ No giving our phone numbers out, this includes all social media as well.
▪ No flipping customers.
▪ We MUST give customers stickers to call VIP #1(888)408-1134.
▪ Always wear a badge inside the warehouse.
▪ If we are unsure, ASK! DON’T assume! (Call your trainer, Branch Manager,
ETC.)
▪ We are not allowed to exit from the entrance.
▪ No open containers or food at the kiosk.
▪ ALL A shifts must enter through the receiving door in the rear of the
warehouse and sign the vendor log.
▪ No tattoos showing.
▪ Guys are not allowed to wear earrings in the store.
