Walter Kuscich’s Interview:
1. Why did you want to become a teacher?
Life led me to this. <t first, D didn’t expect to be a teacher but, as time passed, D could overcome the fear of facing a group
of students and get used to the profession.
2. What are your most memorable moments in the classroom?
The most memorable moments we had in the classroom were when someone failed an exam and I would say to him/her
‘’You won a hot dog’’. So, the students always keep in their minds when ‘’they took a hot dog to their homes’’. There were
also times when D took a student out of the class and D didn’t let him/her get in again. ?espite the fact that D was a little
angry in those moments, we all enjoyed them very much.
3. What do you enjoy and what do you hate about being in the classroom with us?
Sometimes D enjoy when D call your attention because of something that you did. Nevertheless, it’s not because D’m bad, it’s
because of your reaction, like when you get scared or something. I hate someone disrespectful, it tooks me out of my mind.
4. What do you expect for your next year?
I always expect new challenges because the group of students change over the years. By saying this, I mean their attitude,
responsibility, points of view, etc.
5. Where would you be working now if you weren’t a teacher?
Df D weren’t a teacher, D would probably work in my original profession. <
s D’m an agronomist, D see myself on a
farm, milking cows.
6. What are your favourite bad word and food?
D don’t say any bad word when D’m teaching. Cowever, sometimes D say a incomplete bad word, which is ‘’Son of…’’. D never
say it completely, but there were moments where D said it accidentally. <nd D’m argentinian, my favorite food is milanesas with
french fries.
7. Would you like to revive a moment of your life?
I would like to be at secondary school again. Not the last year, instead one or two years before that. Those years were the
most beautiful moments of my life. Dn those moments, you enjoy so much because, apart from studying, you don’t have the
same responsibilities as when you’re getting old.
