 Fried cottage pies
Ingredients:
300-500g of Cottage Cheese Sugar: 3 tablespoons
2 eggs
Flour: 150g
Sunflower Oil
Method:
1. Put the cottage cheese into a bowl.
2. Add the eggs into the bowl.
3. Add 2-3 spoonfuls of sugar.
4. Blend the ingredients with a blender until they
reach a watery form; if not, add another egg.
5. Add 5 spoonfuls of flour into the solution, and
mix it using a spoon, until the consistency is a
bit more of a solid shape.
6. Add the olive oil (75ml) on a warm frying pan.
7. Using a spoon, scoop the dough with it and
with a finger slide the dough down on the
pan.
8. Repeat step 7 with the rest of the remaining dough.
9. After 3 and a 1⁄2 minutes, turn the cheesecakes on the other side, so they can be ready
on both sides!
10. Using a wooden spoon, get the cheesecakes off the pan onto your plate.
