Homemade burgers and wedges:
Ingredients:
Burger Buns 500g Beef Mince 1 small onion
1 egg
Black Pudding Potatoes
Method:
1. Mix the beef mince into a bowl with the egg and diced onion
2. Roll the mixture into tennis sized balls
3. Flatten down into patties
Step 4. Place the burgers onto a grease proof paper tray and place the black pudding on top of each pattie. Place in oven at 200 C for 30 minutes
5. Cut the potatoes into chunky wedges
6. Place on a tray and add olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper and cook in the oven for 30 minutes
