 Orange Chicken
Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup of cornstarch 1⁄4 cup of flour Black pepper
Salt
Egg
Water
Cubed chicken
Oil
Soy sauce
Brown sugar
Orange zest
Orange juice
Rice white wine vinegar Ginger
Garlic
Red pepper flakes
Method:
1. Combine your cornstarch, flour, pepper, salt, egg and some water.
2. Mix until you get a smooth batter.
3. Pour your cubed chicken into the batter and Coat the chicken with the batter.
4. Pour some sesame oil into a pan and add your chicken.
5. Cook until golden brown.
6. Add some soy sauce, orange zest, orange juice, rice white wine vinegar and a little bit of brown sugar into a bowl and stir.
7. Fry some garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes.
8. Add your soy sauce mixture with a bit of cornstarch and water.
9. Add your chicken to the sauce and cook for a little bit.
10. Don’t cook for too long or else your chicken might get soggy.
