 Pan seared salmon with bacon salad
Ingredients:
Fillet of salmon
Oil
Bacon
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Pineapple
Herbs and spice mixture Garlic
butter
Method:
1. Pour oil into your pan and set your pan to a med/high heat.
2. Add your fillet of salmon to the pan and sear the salmon.
3. Add a clove of garlic,butter and your herb and spice mix to the
salmon as seasoning.
4. Cook your salmon until golden brown.
5. Rest your salmon on a plate and start frying some cubed
bacon.
6. Cut some cucumber, tomatoes and pineapple and toss them in a bowl.
7. When your bacon is done add it to your salad.
