 Stir fry
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1pepper
6 rashers
Half a head of broccoli
Packet of mange tout
Packet of medium egg noodles. Soy sauce
Curry powder
Cayenne powder
And chili powder
Method:
1. Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water for 3-4 mins, then leave to the side.
2. In a pan you cook the omelette and salt and pepper to taste and a splash of milk.
3. Heat the wok , cook your broccoli and chopped rashers, then add peppers fry until desired colour, add a little bit more oil and the noodles coat with spices and cook off.
4. Add in the mange tout, egg, Soy sauce and cook for another minute.
5. Serve
