 Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
30 grams of oats Teaspoon baking powder 100 mil milk
25 grams protein powder
Method:
1. Measured and poured into a bowl 30 grams of oats
2. Cracked an egg into the bowl with the baking powder
3. Poured in the milk and protein powder
4. Blended all of them into a batter
5. Put it on the frying pan
6. Put on any toppings you want
