 Chicken and Chorizo Pie
Ingredients:
2tbsp butter
Half chorizo ring chopped
2 skinless chicken breasts
2 mixed peppers
Paprika, oregano
Tin of cherry tomatoes
Filo pastry
Salt and pepper
Method:
1)pre heat oven to 190 degrees celsius
2)melt butter on a pan and place the chopped up chicken and peppers and chorizo in the pan and stir together
3)add tin of cherry tomatoes and paprika and oregano and mix together
4)put the mix into a glass tray and put the filo pastry on top and cover in egg wash.
5)put it in the oven for 15 minutes and leave to sit for 2 minutes to cool.
