 Chicken stir fry
Ingredients:
Diced chicken pieces
Green, yellow and red peppers 1 onion
Mushrooms
Mcdonalds curry powder
Rice
Method:
1. Put some fry light spray on the pan and heat gently.
2. Add your diced chicken and leave for 4 minutes.
3. When the chicken stats to brown add your peppers and mushrooms.
4. While your chicken and vegetables are frying add 590ml of water and add 8 tsps of your curry powder and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
5. When your chicken and veg are ready put them on a plate and let them cool.
6. While your curry powder is simmering, put your rice and water into a medium saucepan and leave to boil over high heat for 15 mins.
7. After your curry is ready mix with your chicken and veg and enjoy.
