 Paella
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
Bag of prawns
100g chorizo
200g rice
Onion
Peppers (1 red 1 yellow) 800ml Fish stock
50g peas
1tbsp turmeric Salt and pepper
Method:
Step 1 - Fry off the diced onion , peppers and chorizo
Step 2 - Add the rice , turmeric and hot fish stock
Step 3 - Let simmer for about 8 mins
Step 4 - Add in the diced salmon , prawns and peas
Step 5 - Cook until the rice is soft and all the stock is absorbed Step 6 - Serve with a wedge of lemon
